Practicing mindfulness will often put you in the right place at the right time, not only to notice something small and beautiful, but also to potentially make a difference. You might be the only person who notices a butterfly trapped inside somewhere, you might be the only one who has the compassion to invite it to travel on your hand to the outside world, releasing it to fly freely again, and it may not want to leave you, sensing your presence and gratitude for the magical moment you’ve just shared 🙏🏼
